This recent article is very relevant to Who are the Puppet Masters:

A Historic Breach of Fiduciary Duty

Wall Street Journal, May 15, 2023

https://archive.vn/hCnx3

"The number of proposals on environmental issues has increased 51% since 2021. Proposals on social issues have increased 20% over the same period. Though these measures diminish returns for shareholders, many will pass with the help of proxy advisory firms and the asset managers upon which working Americans rely to protect their interests."

...

"Though the SEC exists to protect investors, the current commission is little more than a political tool that harms investors with its climate-change and social-justice obsessions. The destruction of wealth for everyday Americans whose futures depend on reliable returns is an afterthought.

With the SEC blessing illegal and otherwise value-destroying shareholder proposals, and with unregulated proxy advisory firms pushing political agendas, institutional investors must vote for what is in the best financial interest of shareholders."

Now consider the excerpts about Delaware corporate law that applies to the:

"nearly 1.5m businesses from all over the world...incorporated there, including 68% of all Fortune 500 firms."

And the corporate legal philosophy in practice in Delaware is:

“One of the key concepts embodied in Delaware case law is the “business judgment rule,” which is a judicial recognition that law-trained judges should not second-guess business decisions made by directors in good faith and with due care— even if the decisions turn out badly.”

Which, remember:

"the Delaware corporate code, which is America’s corporate code, which is, in many senses, the global corporate code...a very, sort of hermetically sealed system that bypasses any democratic oversight"

Meaning breach of fiduciary duty isn't much of a consideration by the corporations and their majority institutional shareholders and proxies.

The unaccountable Puppet Masters. By design.

Delaware:

Now mystery company that's bought 55,000 acres of land surrounding a major air force base in California for $800M is SUING farmers for 'inflating the price' - as questions remain about it being owned by a hostile power

UK Daily Mail, August 1, 2023

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12359277/Now-mystery-company-thats-bought-55-000-acres-land-surrounding-major-air-force-base-California-800M-SUING-farmers-inflating-price-questions-remain-owned-hostile-power.html

"While he said that although there was no direct evidence Flannery is linked to China there were 'deep suspicions'.

An attorney representing Flannery has said the group is controlled by US citizens and that 97 percent of its capital comes from American investors - with the remaining investments coming from British and Irish citizens.

Nonetheless, after eight months of investigation the Air Force's 'Foreign Investment Risk Review Office' is yet to identify even one person that is part of the group.

'The fact they chose to buy all three sides of the Travis Air Force Base even raises immediate questions about national security,' Garamendi told NewsNation.

'So, is this Chinese money? We don't know, but we do know that the Chinese money was being used in North Dakota and we have a very deep suspicion, given the amount of money, given the lack of attention to values, that they simply want to acquire all of this land,' he added.

...

'Travis Air Force Base is absolutely essential. It is the gateway to the Pacific,' Garamendi said.

'A good deal of the munitions that are going to Ukraine also passed through Travis Air Force Base.'

In a letter to Solano County, the majority of which is owned by Flannery, the company described itself as being 'owned by a group of families looking to diversify their portfolio from equities into real assets, including agricultural land in the western United States,' according to county newspaper the Daily Republic.

The US Agriculture Department has made its own inquiries into who is behind Flannery but is reportedly yet to yield any results.

'Nobody can figure out who they are,' Ronald Kott, mayor of nearby Rio Vista, which is now largely surrounded by Flannery land, told The Wall Street Journal. 'Whatever they're doing - this looks like a very long-term play.'

Over the years that Flannery, registered in Delaware, has been buying up land, it has given a variety of accounts and indications as to what it wants to do with it.

...

According to online business records, an individual called Thomas Mather was listed as once being a director or officer for the company, though there is almost no other publicly available information on him.

He is also listed as the manager of another Delaware-registered company called Diversified Land LLC, with the same California address in Folsom."

The Delaware privacy laws. Arms dealers. Sex traffickers. Ponzi schemes. Drug cartels. Foreign adversaries buying land right next to our most important military installations. Who are the Puppet Masters? Who does the US President really work for?

Latest Puppet Master revelation in Delaware:

https://twitter.com/kanekoathegreat/status/1752967434439663935

"Judge Kathaleen McCormick rescinded Elon Musk's $55 billion Tesla compensation package, overturning the company's board and 80% of its shareholders.

McCormick also ruled against

@elonmusk

during his Twitter acquisition.

Before becoming the head of the Delaware Chancery Court, McCormick worked at a Delaware law firm called Young Conaway.

This firm and its employees have been major donors to President Joe Biden for decades.

In 2016, Hunter Biden hosted a gubernatorial campaign event for Congressman John Carney, with then-Vice President Joe Biden as the guest speaker.

This event took place at the Law Offices of Young Conaway in Wilmington, Delaware.

Carney, a close friend of Joe Biden for the last four decades, later became governor and nominated Kathaleen McCormick, a partner at Young Conaway, to her position on the Delaware Chancery Court.

In a March 2018 email, Hunter Biden claimed to personally know every judge on the Delaware Chancery Court while threatening legal action against his Chinese business partners.

"I will bring the suit in the Chancery court in Delaware - which as you know is my home state and I am privileged to have worked with and know every judge on the chancery court."

After Elon Musk purchased Twitter with the stated goal of restoring free-speech, President Biden called for a federal investigation into Musk on the podium at the White House.

Following this, the Biden Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and Federal Trade Commission initiated legal actions and investigations against Tesla, SpaceX, and X.

This recent decision by Judge McCormick, who worked with Biden's top donors and was nominated by Biden's close friend, to override Tesla's board and the majority of its shareholders is another clear example of the Biden administration and its allies weaponizing the American legal system against their political opponents."

I naively thought that Obama might be different and voted with enthusiasm for his first-term. He only served the donor class, and his policies -- the cash for trash bailout of Wallstreet and much more -- wreaked fast and slow havoc on the working class and much of the middle class.

Even Obamacare was not only thoroughly compromised -- it represented an unprecedented intrusion. The government -- to which people were already paying taxes -- would now fine people if they did not contract with an approved private corporate healthcare insurer. So this was another tax in truth, but one which went directly to the corporations -- with Uncle Sam as the shakedown man, the enforcer. You WILL be a long-long profit point to one of the corporations of our choice. Fortunately, the penalization section of Obamacare went largely unenforced. But how did it become law in the first place? And please no talk of how things are done in Sweden, Denmark, or Japan -- where universal healthcare means exactly that.

Victor Davis Hanson, for my money, in his book The Dying Citizen (2022), gets all this largely right. We are headed for neo-fuedalism, with the vast majority of Americans not as citizens but as serfs, if we continue to allow our corporate-government to run amok with bureaucratic control over all aspects of life.

Yep. Winston Churchill's words apply to socialized health care:

"Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery."

It was known very early in 2020, even in Wuhan in late 2019, that whatever CV was it posed very little risk of severe outcomes to 95% of the population, only needed better protection of the elderly, obese and diabetic. And therapeutics would be very helpful for most of them. But socialized medicine, universal health care, a one-size-fits-all system of only one treatment, one set of mitigation protocols, equally applied across the entirety of society, without exception, in all nations (except the handful like Sweden that opted out) dictated that everyone, no matter age, health status, risk profile were going to be subjected to the same miserable dictates. That's "equity" you know. A Socialist-Marxist concept. The equal sharing of misery. Except for those at the top. Some animals are more equal than others, you know.

Sweden is a complicated story. It is a helpful case of a freedom alternative to pandemic protocols on one hand. But it has a dark side on the other.

Sweden was the first nation to require a DNA database of all citizens. They have extensive monitoring programs there. Less intrusive on the surface, but more stealthy, more insidious by its invisibility.

I don't have good research on why higher vax uptake there, but all Nordic nations are very obedient to authorities. Obedience is drilled in, disobedience is punishable. They are conditioned to be willingly obedient, so if there was a strong push they'd have obeyed without much protest.

I'm guessing Sweden strongly recommended the vax, and the people trusted the government enough to take it without much pushback. A case of where not having a heavy hand to impose the ridiculous theater of masks, lockdowns, social distancing, etc built up good will and trust in the government leaders so when the ask to jab came they trusted, willingly obeyed.

Best I got, but thinking it's a pretty good theory of the case with their psyche and experience.

Your theory makes perfect sense. I sensed there had to be more to the story about Sweden. Not making demands on the people about masks, etc. The plandemic grid would see how well different European cultures handled their masters demands. It's been messy; "they" are in it for the long term, but so far, they are probably pretty satisfied; these things take time. Humans can be troublesome. Now if they can just get the WHO treaty signed and delivered from the US, the biggest troublemakers --the US citizens-- they will be off to the races toward full human bondage.

Yes! They study us constantly, how to influence us, how we react to provocations, stimuli, techniques of psychological manipulation. It is the basis of the field of behaviorism, behavioral science. The study of our behavior is the science.

Take the example of masking. Having different approaches in the different states and cities to get people to wear them were experiments in and of themselves. That were studied in real time.

Did you know that many jurisdictions hired observers to stand outside and inside supermarkets and other businesses and mark down the number of customers, if masked, type of facial covering, if worn above or below nose, all of those data points were captured and reported back to authorities. Authorities set compliance rates that business operators had to meet in the heavier handed jurisdictions, commonly was 93% masked to avoid fines and penalties. It's why the larger businesses with hundreds of customers in an hour could be easier for unmasked customers to ignore the demands they mask than the smaller businesses, where just one unmasked customer in an hour would earn them a fine and penalty. Many of the large proprietors (like Walmart) invested in video monitoring cameras trained on masked/unmasked faces, the data reported back to authorities without needing human observers.

Even states without mandates offered a control model for the behavioral scientists studying compliance rates. Without mandates, without risk of fine or penalty, no enforcement mechanisms whatsoever observing mask compliance rates informed them of the efficacy of messaging programs, television news, individual advice offered from "experts" in a community, pastors telling congregations to wear them as a kind, Godly act of service, billboards, movies, advertisements, sports, business managers, all of the points of influence on a society nudged people into compliance even without financial sanctions or criminal sanctions.

My observational experience in a "blue" authoritarian county in a "red" free state where all mask penalties were removed by executive order about 6-8 months into the pandemic was when it was mandated compliance was around 95%. When mandates were removed compliance slowly went down to about 70%. Compliance then fluctuated between 50-85% as new "variants" were reported on the news and then faded. All voluntarily. Induced by influencers like TV and those listed above. I would remark to my partner that the news must be dialing up the fear of a new variant each time I noticed more and more masked faces. It was like a volume dial on a stereo.

And my anecdotal observations were scientifically captured and reported back to authorities. A control group that demonstrated how powerful influencers are on the public mind even without official enforcement regimens. Still ongoing. The dedicated maskers for life hold steady at about 15-20%. Goes up to about 30-40% based on news reports about Monkeypox or any other fear chatter that begins to make the rounds, before the fear chatter fades and drops back to that 15-20% maskers for life. It's sad to behold. Heartbreaking, actually, for those of us who love humanity and see people willingly shutting themselves out of human connection with masks. Heartbreaking, indeed.

So, the "free" states were a part of the scientific study of human behavior that behavioral scientists use to refine their applied control mechanisms and techniques. They study us as we study and learn about them. I have no illusion that Substack itself is either an intentional vehicle or opportunistic vehicle for capturing data on public sentiment, what influences we respond to, allowing authorities to craft targeted messaging appeals, influence campaigns on different audiences, targets for behavioral change. They have the resources. And are in it for the long term. Taking the time to get past us troublesome humans standing in their way. They are probably pretty satisfied with themselves.

The thing we have going for us is their satisfaction is their Achilles Heal. Arrogance is always what totalitarians, the "elite" trip over. Their egos. Pride. A deadly sin for a reason. They believe they are in control with all of the mechanisms of control they build and wield. Hubris. Man as God level arrogance. God knows better. We are his creation. And as we turn to him and away from "experts" he will protect us from their wicked intentions of human bondage.

I don't think many figures have been allowed to rise to power and prominence in much of our history unless they were approved for some reason by those with true power. I can look at a figure like Trump, Musk, Tucker, Reagan, Eisenhower, JFK, all of those who at some time said things that resonated with individual liberty and freedom ideals and supporters, who had a dark side they made their negotiations with. Churchill no different.

There's no way in the course of human psychology and understanding that the voting public would have ousted him so quickly after WWII's completion. He was too beloved, had earned too much loyalty and respect for voters to turn their back on him in a matter of a couple years. He outlasted his usefulness to the true powers. They realized they needed him, others they put into power had gotten too big for their britches, like Hitler and Mussolini, and threatened their interests. So they needed a Churchill to get rid of the monsters of their own creation. My reading of it, fwiw.

I like reading your sentiment about the observations authorities are making of us. The more of us who are unafraid to say what we think the more powerful and larger a percentage of the population they know they are up against. When 95% of the population is under their control they exercise very little restraint in their infringements on our liberties. The disobedient face the full wrath and fury of police state aggression. But when our numbers are known to be larger, 30-40-50%+ opposed they have an incentive to restrain their aggression. They lack the resources to control us with the full wrath and fury of a police state.

In short, there is safety in a herd. And the larger the herd the better. The more of us who share our awareness and opposition to them, their goals and their techniques of control the less likely they are to attack us. And if they do pick off a few we have enough remaining in our herd to protect most all in it. Only when our numbers shrink because we are intimidated and scared off will those remaining face the biggest punitive risks. Courage is contagious. We must stand, others will rally to us. Our absence from the battlefield spells certain doom for humanity. Our calling.

I agree with that, but that said, I think the plan is to attack us FINANCIALLY, and pretend it's a "banking crisis," like the little dry run they did in CA not long ago...

Couple of vids you'd maybe find interesting:

This is a fellow who is spot on about the things in this video, per James Corbett and others, but woefully misguided about say, the Beatles... Still his take on the Committee of 300, sometimes known as the "Black Nobility," (because they're evil oligarchs) makes perfect sense, and the book he wrote, 4th Edition, which now costs about $350 for the paperback, names a bunch of names...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCzR7NCeMYA

He outlines how this country started with some wise and decent people, like George Washington, but was under CONSTANT pressure from the "City of London" -- those same puppet masters that controlled the monarchy in England, and has been running the world from before the Romans... from the shadows. I expect you've heard of these folks before... THAT is who's running Joe Fucking Biden, one of the most OBVIOUS puppets we've ever seen.

And then, on a quite different tack, there this video that is pretty recent, although I've been hearing murmurings of the subject matter, DNA, for a while now... VERY interesting stuff, if you're inclined to think about the Medical Industrial Complex... This is about DNA, mostly... Really interesting! Tom Cowan reads/comments on Northern Tracey's article...

Yes, I'm very familiar with all of this. And like you, take what resonates with my understanding of truth at this point of my journey, and let the others to the side, open to reconsideration as my journey continues, but not of use or service to me at present.

And I believe the plan is multiple plans of attack. Financial being a very powerful one, maybe the most powerful. But on its own insufficient to gain our total compliance. All of the plans work best together, any parts missing or ineffective weaken all. Making our guerrilla strategies more effective than even we give credit.

While I will often say things with certitude as I believe them to be true, and can be very convinced of what I say, I have just enough humility to know I don't have perfect information for understanding anything; only God does. I only know what God has allowed me to know. His revelations to me in the future will further inform me when he believes I'm ready to know them.

I, too, base my ideas on the evidence I've found. But that evidence must also resonate with me, using that word as a stand-in for discernment. Which is the greatest gift that God gives us all. I apply discernment to evidence and what I've witnessed, experienced, sensed. It all comes together, holistically.

To imagine I can use only evidence I can measure scientifically is to remain blind to an entire plane of existence and understanding of this universe that God created. Some things we know, we just know. Intrinsically. In harmony with the universe, all planes of it. Even those we don't possess the measuring devices to produce evidence of. But God's spark of creation alone is enough to inform us is true.

Great post. Power and Control, these are the only things psychopaths care about. We, the Human Species, of which I do not include psychopaths, since they don't understand Humanity at all, need to come to terms with the fact that these "people" have NO CONSCIENCE. There's a lot of moralizing about how everyone has the potential to "heal." Psychopaths have NEVER been shown to "heal." They seem to be born that way and cannot change. I'm not saying this is so, but it sure as hell looks that way. Appealing to someone for compassion when they are not CAPABLE of it is a fool's errand. Not being able to believe that anyone could be so evil is what is slowing the progress of STOPPING these globalist murderers-- they hold us in contempt. They scoff at our "weaknesses" of compassion and mercy. Proof? They are vicious pedophiles, and that right there ought to be evidence enough. THEY are the ones with the plan to destroy our societies, our culture, our feelings of heritage, tribes, belonging, etc. And they're aiming directly at CHILDREN, with their violence against them via pedophilia, gender brainwashing, etc. I think it's a very very serious need we face, to protect our youngsters.

Yes. They ALWAYS target the children first. They want, they demand our obedience. So they use force and might against us to make us obey. They really don't care about winning our hearts and minds, those they capture are nice, but not even really necessary. Only our obedience. The Communist Chinese call it "external discipline."

They want, need the hearts and minds of the children. Once they've captured the hearts and minds of the new generations they no longer need to exercise external discipline, force. The children will be controlled by what the Communist Chinese call "internal discipline." Self-control. Requiring less use of force. The strongest prison isn't made of concrete and steel. It is in the mind. And these evil bastards have endeavored to create the most powerful mind prison mankind has ever been threatened by. Authoritarians demand obedience. Whether it be imposed or desired. Desired just makes it easier for them.
